Cliff returned to Talos in the Spring of 2023 as the Engineering Manager. In 2017 he spent a year with us as a Senior Automation Engineer working various projects with Siemens, Rockwell, Wonderware and others. One of his accomplishments was designing a control system for a potato processing plant, and we like our potatoes! We are pleased that Cliff has chosen Talos Engineering again to advance his career with the greatest of expectations to build an exceptional team of Automation experts.
In 2011 Cliff graduated from the University of Victoria in Canada with his degree in Electrical Engineering. He is also is a licensed Professional Engineer in the province of British Columbia. He’s a proven and experienced Automation/Controls Engineer that has worked in multiple industrial, municipal, mining and manufacturing facilities across North America. This diverse experience carries his knowledge to a myriad of issues automation experts face when interfacing various forms of software, hardware, machinery and electricity.
Aside from Engineering, Cliff has a grown son working in the health care system and enjoys hiking in the woods with his partner and border-collie. Always open to traveling, he spent a year in Switzerland, two years in England, and several weeks in both Germany and Kihei Hawaii. His work has taken him to weather extremes, from the Arctic Circle with no sun in the winter, to the never-ending sun of Florida. Perhaps that is why he has returned to the Tri-Cities; it’s our great seasonal weather!
