Automation Engineer

Estuardo Ramos joined Team Talos in 2024. In his current role, he drafts specifications and test plans, builds software, and commissions manufacturing automation systems, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.

Previously, Estu worked at Lattice Semiconductor Corporation as an Applications Engineering Intern. There, he created and modified schematics, developed and tested FPGA patterns, and performed power estimations for low power applications.

Estu holds a degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering with a minor in Computer Science from Oregon State University.

Originally from Guatemala City, Estu built his first 3D printer in high school. He studied abroad in Osaka, Japan, where he became Vice-President of his technical school’s robotics club and won a national robotics competition. He also earned a license to referee bipedal robot fights.

In his free time, Estu enjoys watching movies with his wife, 3D printing, and racing drones. His diverse experiences and hobbies bring a unique perspective to our team.
