Brian Guillen
Automation Engineer
Brian comes to us after graduating Magna Cum Laude from Central Washington University with a BA in electrical engineering and technology in June of 2026. His internship with Grant County PUD involved asset management, PLC coding and the SCADA system being used at the Wanapum & Priest Rapids dams along the Columbia River. He also attained experience with CAD drawing and desires to use that more.
Brian is excited to learn all the varied tasks that Talos Engineering faces in the many different types and uses of the automation industry. Having worked in agriculture and the processes involved with food production, his former experience may be very useful to process flow in this industry. He is bilingual in Spanish and English, which can be very helpful in this region.
Brian’s favorite hobby is hiking in the mountains of the Northwest; Mt Rainier for example. He also enjoys going to the major lakes in the Northwest with his partner and of course his dog. Basketball is one of his favorite sports, next to Football of course. But best of all, is spending time with his loved ones.
