Jason Merrick
President
Jason Merrick created Talos Engineering in April 2012. As President, Jason is working to build an automation company that provides value to his clients and also interesting and fulfilling work for his employees. His current focus is on business development and quality assurance.
Thomas Glass
Automation Engineer
Thomas joined us in July of 2026 as an Automation Engineer with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Washington in Seattle. In the summer of 2025, Thomas was an intern with us and although he is a native of New Hampshire, we are very pleased he chose to return to Talos Engineering for his first engineering job.
Ben Raisl
Automation Engineer
Ben Raisl joined Talos in early 2026 as an Automation Engineer after completing his ECE degree at Oregon State University. Keenly aware of the critical role that automated systems play in factory operation, Ben enjoys providing the highest level of service he can manage.
Jadon Bingham
Automation Engineer
Jadon Bingham joined us in June 2026 as an Automation Engineer after earning a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Montana Technological University. While attending MTU he served as President of the Montana Tech American Society of Mechanical Engineers. Recently he passed the Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) exam.
Jace Dunn
Automation Engineering Intern
Jace joined us for the summer of 2026 as an Intern from Washington State University. He will graduate in 2027 with a BS in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering. He has received awards at DeVlieg Undergraduate Research Foundation, President’s Honor Roll, University Achievement Award, EECS Frederic P. Emery Award and the Gary Steele EECS Award.
Conrad Kelsay
Automation Engineering Intern
Conrad joined us for the summer of 2026 as an Automation Engineering Intern from Oregon State University. He will graduate in 2028 with a BS in Mechanical Engineering with an option for Robotics. His coursework includes Linear Algebra, Circuits, Material Science and Statistics with honors. His skills vary in programming, 3D printing, drilling, CAD, laser cutting and Lab Techniques.
