A little about our area for the uninitiated: With a combined population of about 250,000 the Tri-Cities, WA metro area is big enough to offer plenty in the way of activities while avoiding many of the problems that come with bigger cities. We’ve got a booming wine industry, plentiful options for golf, and the beautiful Columbia River which is a magnet for water-sports enthusiasts and anglers. New restaurants and micro-breweries are popping up on nearly a weekly basis, housing is still affordable, crime is low and traffic is light.
